The Grange Lodge had an alluring vintage charm. Loved the lush gardens and the outdoor heated pool. perfect for a refreshing dip despite the cooler September air. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a generous selection of hot food, and the pastries were delightful. The dining experience was quick, and my room was surprisingly spacious, providing a cozy spot to unwind. Staff interaction was professional, but I did notice a lack of coordination during breakfast service—at times, it took longer for orders to be taken. The bathroom could use some updates. shower pressure was inconsistent and the decor felt dated. The location, while manageable, involved a steep 15-minute walk up from the port, which could be tough for anyone with mobility issues. The pub atmosphere was lively, and the food was quality, but finding seating when just looking for drinks was a bit challenging.

Had a comfy room with a nice view of the gardens. Just wished breakfast started a bit earlier for early trips. Great staff, though!

The breakfast was top-notch and served in a lovely dining room with views of the garden! I loved the amazing shower which made for a refreshing start to the day. And let’s not forget the superb food at the hotel bar—so good we dined there multiple times!

The Grange Lodge Hotel is a hidden gem with spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and an inviting atmosphere. The staff were warm and attentive, ensuring a delightful stay.

The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and the lovely gardens made for a peaceful stay. I appreciated the comfortable room vibe, like being in my own space.

This was just a great fit for a brief weekend stay in Saint Peter Port with value for money. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and starting the day with a hearty meal made all the difference. Be prepared for some walking, as it gets hilly in parts.

The room temperature was surprisingly comfortable even during peak heat, something I hadn't anticipated without air conditioning. The bathroom had a quality shower with complimentary toiletries that made the stay quite pleasant.

The Wi-Fi connection was notoriously unreliable, often disconnecting when I needed it most. The hotel is situated atop a hill which can be a bit of a workout to access—especially after a long day out—and if you're dragging your luggage, it’s definitely a task. the absence of an elevator made moving between levels more taxing, particularly for anyone without mobility assistance. And be mindful, the breakfast hours don’t really cater to those with early travel plans due to its late start time.

Had a lovely stay with spotless rooms and plenty of tea and coffee available daily. The outdoor heated pool was a great way to relax in the sun while I enjoyed the peaceful garden area. Just a heads up, the shower pressure could've been better, but it didn't ruin my experience overall. 🌞

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and a bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with my bags. I highly recommend enjoying the breakfast! I'm coming back for a holiday.

Recommend it for business travelers

The room was nice, very clean and warm when I arrived as it was freezing outside, that felt good. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond, even arranged a hire car at short notice for me, nothing was too much trouble.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable for the quality provided.
